The Caecilia-Concert is pleased to announce the dates for our 'Fiori Musicali Summer Academy, in Utrecht will be 20-25 August 2012. The course will run in collaboration with the Utrecht Festival for Early Music, Utrecht Music Conservatoire and the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague. Applications with CV are now welcome. Core members: Kathryn Cok - harpsichord & organ, Wouter Verschuren - dulcian and Adam Woolf - trombone (sackbut) will be joined by tutors in cornetto, violin, recorder and viols.

The course will feature ensemble playing drawing on the most colourful and exciting music to be composed during the 16th and 17th centuries and will culminate in a presentation as part of the festival and there will be opportunities for students to attend concerts in the festival. There will also be opportunities for individual tuition.
